The Firm was founded by Victor S. Sy in 1977. We proudly celebrate our 38th anniversary in 2015.

We are happy to announce our association with a bright and energetic CPA – Arlene Al-os, CPA, MBA. We proudly announce the addition of Arlene Al-os to our Firm. We are happy to announce our merger with Arlene Al-os, CPA, MBA. The new firm is called Sy Al-os Accountancy Corporation.

Our practice includes defending taxpayers from audits by the IRS and other agencies, preparing tax returns, tax planning, asset protection planning, estate planning, and accounting.

We are proud of our success with tax controversy work – IRS audit defense and collection cases that include Offers In Compromise (OIC) or Installment Arrangements (payment plans) for taxpayers who are unable to pay delinquent taxes.

We are pro-active in setting up asset protection vehicles such as C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, and other entities.

Our clientele includes companies in real estate, health, law, trading, manufacturing, and other industries located all over the U.S. including California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, and overseas.
