I have a Filipino heritage and was the first generation born in America. I wanted to share my family recipes with the masses. I learned while traveling one of the biggest factors of a culture is their food.
My goal for Pili Manila Grill is to be apart of the Filipino food movement. It would be an honor to be able to gather people from all backgrounds to share a meal at our table.
