Aling Delia’s Restaurant is one of the most authentic Filipino restaurant in Carson, CA. They have the best Filipino pork barbecue in town according to the reviews. They also offer the best sinigang. Included in their combo is two scoops of rice, and this is offered for a very reasonable price. Aside from those mentioned, they also have lechon kawali, lechon and bagnet in their menu.
