Tapsi, short for the word Tapsilog (acronym for Tapa, Sinangag, Itlog), is a popular filipino breakfast dish consists of Beef Tapa, which are flavourful slices of meat cured with salt,garlic and different spices. Sinangag, which is garlic fried rice and Itlog which is fried egg.
