Mr. Barton’s practice is focused in the areas of litigation and small to mid-size business representation.
Having spent eight years as a big law firm litigation associate, Mr. Barton has helped to resolve disputes over contract interpretation, partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, lender liability, tort liability, foreclosure, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy, among others.
As an experienced litigator, Mr. Barton is well prepared to handle your litigation needs, whatever the nature of the dispute: civil, family law, personal injury, or criminal. He is also experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts and other business agreements. In Spring 2011, Mr. Barton taught “Real Estate Practice” at the University of Laverne College of Law.
