EETBAR serves the food of our Filipino-American heritage. We also have different food specials every week, so there’s always something new to try.

The name EETBAR is a play on the Dutch “eetcafé” (literally: “eating café” and pronounced “ate” café) which is akin to the French bistro: a little more sophisticated and food-focused than a pub, serving beers, wines, cocktails and good food in a casual and friendly atmosphere. We started EETBAR to bring the hospitality, neighborliness and multi-generational good vibe we’ve always experienced elsewhere home to Seattle.
