Tita Celia began her love for cooking Filipino food back home in Malolos, Bulacan Philippines. At 8 years old, she began learning and memorizing recipes and secret cooking techniques from her mother and grandmother. At 15, Tita Celia, then sharpened her skills at her mother’s restaurant.
Tita Celia decided to open her own restaurant in Carson California with her nephew Bert Francisco, and they continue to serve delicious, real Filipino home cooking.
