Mr. Yang became a lawyer in 1979. He obtained a master’s degree in law from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. in 1984. He has practiced law in California since 1993 and devotes the major part of his practice to bankruptcy law. He has successfully represented more than four thousand individual and business debtors in the Central, Northern, Southern & Eastern District of California including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and other counties in California in the last 17 years. A smaller part of his practice is devoted to family, immigration, real estate, business matters & civil litigation.
