The Philippines Cuisine Cart is a very small restaurant at the corner of SE 102nd and Stark St at the Hazelwood-Mill Park in Portland. Some of the food that this mini Pinoy restaurant offers are; lumpia, pancit, lechon paksiw and lots more. Though it’s just small, the people who have already tried the food here sure wants to come back.
