Philippine International English School

When former Philippine President, Fidel V. Ramos visited the Royals of Kuwait in September 1997, he appealed to them the need to establish a Philippine school for the educational needs of the Filipino children in Kuwait. The Philippine International English School, owned by Ghazi Faisal Al-Dabbous, was then established in April of 1999. The school’s vision is to become the premiere learning institution of the Filipino children in the State of Kuwait for Filipino children and help them become responsible citizens and future leaders of their country.
