People’s Park

People’s Park is very spacious family-friendly park with its 4 hectares land area located at the heart of Davao. Inaugurated in December 15, 2007, it is now ranked 7th of the 45 attractions in Davao City.

People’s Park was once an old ‘Palaruang Lungsod’ used for athletic or sports events. Now inside, you’ll find a wide oval for joggers and brisk walkers, dancing fountain, playground for the kids, a large pond full of koi, beautiful landscapes, man-made rock walls, waterfalls, and humongous sculptures. Benches are everywhere, and neatly organized.
