Pampanguena Cuisine began in 2007 at Las Vegas, Nevada, with the previous name of Pampanguena Restaurant, also franchising Tapioca Express. And finally branched out to San Francisco in 2010. Dishes are cooked in Pampanga’s unique and inimitable way. In 2010, I was featured on The Filipino Channel’s “Adobo Nation,” where I demonstrated my culinary talent.
