Brief History
Salt & Pepper is an Asian Fusion Restaurant that serves Korean, Filipino, Indonesian & Chinese cuisines. It began in 2001 with its first branch located at Al Karama in Dubai. Two years after opening, another branch was establish in Satwa to further cater to the dining needs of the ever growing number of patrons particularly in that area. Filipinos and other nationalities when it comes to Asian Cuisine. The company has grown and expanded its operation to the Deira side of Dubai with the opening of its 3rd branch at Warba Shopping Centre in 2006. This expansion also gave birth to Pampangenos Restaurant at Madina Mall along Beirut road Muhaisnah area. Pampangenos Restaurant is known for its Filipino food. It was named after the province located north of Manila known as the “Culinary Capital of the Philippines”. Following this successful stint in offering authentic Filipino dishes, the founders decided to open the 5th Restaurant in Sharjah named Philippine Palace to further reach out for more patrons living in the northern Emirates. After 14 progressive years, the business is still being managed by its original founder.
