LUZON’s Chef Patron is Rex De Guzman.

British born to Filipino parents, he is a young and dynamic chef who has briefly worked under Michelin-starred chefs Richard Corrigan
and Ron Blaauw.

Professionally trained in London, he has worked extensively in top restaurants around the capital. With his strong Filipino heritage, he created LUZON as a Filipino restaurant that will launch
modern Filipino cuisine.

Alvaro Brun Gil, who has worked with Quique Dacosta’s three-starred El Poblet, remarked that Rex is “passionate, fresh and has lots of energy.”
