Hermz BBQ

In 1995 Joseph and his wife Blanca started their first takeout restaurant on the island of Tinian. In the years following they established restaurants in Saipan, the Philippines, (It was there that they learned the old family recipe for Pancit Malabon.) Oregon, and finally the island of Oahu in Hawaii.

Named after the owner’s daughter, Herm’z Cafe was founded in 2010. Their popularity first soared as they served authentic Pancit Malabon. In 2013 with the success of Joseph’s original BBQ Ribs it was re-branded as Herm’z BBQ.

In April of 2014, the family business was passed on to the daughter it was named after and her husband Ryan. We still happily serve all the classics that brought the customers in and are eagerly working on new delights.

Herm’z BBQ is also proud to offer authentic homemade island foods. Whether it’s a small gathering of friends or a large wedding reception give Herm’z BBQ a call and we’ll be there for you.
