That is why we are the 1st food truck, in the nation, that has an aquaphonic gardening program utilizing, fresh, (backyard) local, & organic, tilapia, herbs and produce to our customers. Our menu consist of “global fusion” of american, chinese, filipino, middle eastern, tacos, breakfast brunch items, desserts, and italian. You decide. Just healthy (pan-fried & steamed) menu selections, nothing fried nor greasy, in our truck. We even offer: vegetarian, gluten, nut, eggs, free menu items. We are your 1 stop shop food truck.
