Recently a top Thai published international travel magazine featured Bistro Filipino as a a favorite dining experience of Singapore’s most reputable blogger Auhn Kon. International travel writers Lara Day, based in Hong Kong and Philipp Engelhorn from the UK also included Bistro Filipino in their upcoming features on Filipino cuisine.
The restaurant is now highly regarded internationally having been featured in various newspapers and magazines such as Time and Vogue. Foreign journalists have also made it a must feature as part of their visit in Manila thus several articles about Bistro Filipino have been published in China, Singapore, U.S.A. and Australia.

As staunch advocates of promoting Filipino cuisine to the international scene, Chef Roland and Jackie Laudico was sponsored by the Philippine Department of Tourism in Singapore as guest chefs during their weeklong Independence Day Celebration at the 7107 Flavors Restaurant. His passion for the local cuisine was also recognized by a Singaporean top blogger Chubby Hubby who vouched him as the best ambassador for Filipino cuisine.
