Calle Real serves Spanish-Inspired Authentic Filipino Cuisine and we offer the popular kare-kare (oxtail in peanut sauce), rellenong bangus (stuffed milkfish), crispy pata (crispy pork knuckle), lechon carajay (roast pork), chop suey (mixed vegetables), SiLog combination (garlic fried rice an egg) and a lot more. For dessert, we have brazo de mercedez (custard in merengue roll) and halo-halo.
Though predominantly Spanish-influenced, Calle Real’s cuisine is a fusion of Chinese, Indigenous, and Western influences. From pancit (noodles-based dishes) to paella (rice with saffron and seafood) to sisig (meat in hotplate). Even spaghetti has its own Philippine version.
