Boondat

Boondat was conceptualized couple of years back by group of friends who want to get into the food industry business. They want something that is simple and not an overly complicated Filipino menu they want to share
with everyone. The idea is to showcase a portion of Filipino dish in a mainstream setting. It would be a blend of traditional and fusion type of taste and ingredients. The decision was to concentrate on SILOG meals (pronounced as “see-log”) for now.
