Atty. Eric R. Tuy

Eric Tuy has experience in many areas of residential real estate and currently represents numerous buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of condominiums, co-ops, and townhouses throughout New York City. He is the lead associate on condominium development projects in Brooklyn. Additionally, he has represented national lenders in financing transactions including refinances, purchases, CEMAS, and many other banking aspects. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law and Communications Law. Eric graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and he enjoys participating in recreational basketball and football leagues and reading nonfiction.
