The Al Taj International School received a permit to operate pre-elementary, elementary and secondary courses from DepEd (Philippine Department of Education) in March 2007. It is owned by a Saudi National, HRH Princess Fahda Hathloul Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. As a Filipino school, the institution wants to educate the students to dedicate their lives in service and help the poor and powerless. They do this by being guided by their vision, which is to provide an atmosphere conductive to the development of the students by helping them to become spiritually, intellectually, morally, socially, and physically upright.
