AC Boral (Long Beach, CA) has been sharing his unique perspective of food with the world since 2012.
From RICE & SHINE (Filipino-American Brunch Party) to Naks Tacos (exploring the culinary connection of the Philippines and Mexico) to concept menus like a Wu Tang Clan tribute dinner, AC has fed thousands across the country.
AC’s approach to food is fun, creative, delicious. And most of all: love. He considers breaking bread a holistic experience, taking care to think about the music and energy of a meal as much as the food itself.
