PRMC was established by three of the closest friends -Miguel Ongchi, Franz Chuongco and Leandro Oviedo. As kids they had always dreamed about having their own successful business in the Philippines. This dream was influenced by their parents who are successful and respectable people in their own fields in the business world. In March 2011, an opportunity opened for the three of them to distribute PT Mayora products in Bulacan, Philippines.
