Mabuhay Kitchen

Mabuhay Kitchenette is a fast food Filipino restaurant located in the shopping plaza in Cerritos. Although it is not an all-you-can-eat buffet, you can select from several prepared dishes. It has an assortment of beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetable dishes that are prepared daily. To complete the meal, it has traditional Filipino desserts, such as ginataang bilo-bilo and leche flan. The restaurant has a limited capacity but customers can watch Filipino programs on the flat screen panel TV mounted on the wall while they dine. It also offers a catering service featuring nearly 50 different dishes in half and full-size trays.
