Philippine Community School in Tripoli was originally established in 1991, by Atty. Luis D. Flores, along with Dr. Bernardo dela Merced and Aleth V. Ramirez. The PCS is also a non-profit corporation. This school aims to help with the development of Filipino learners as leaders and help them prepare for exemplary global participation in the arts, sciences, humanities, and business in the years to come.
