The Law Offices of Dennis G. Mesina is a Minority Owned Business which has been in practice since 1991. Dennis G. Mesina, an attorney licensed to practice in the Philippines and California, has focused his practice on corporate and business transactions, probate matters inclusive of conservatorships and trusts, business and real estate litigation and property damage litigation.

Mr. Mesina has served and represented individual and business clients throughout his career as well as foreign based clients who have real estate holdings and businesses in the United States. In his probate practice, he has successfully represented estates which have assets located in the United States and the Philippines. Having practiced in the Philippines, he established an effective network of attorneys and associates who have assisted him on complex estate and property issues. Given his attention to serving his clients efficiently and effectively, he has developed long term relationships with a majority of his clients.

Mr. Mesina who is the principal and owner of the his firm, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Laws degree and obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the Philippines. He began his legal career in the Philippines with the law firm of Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako in 1983. After obtaining his degree in University of Pennsylvania, he joined an insurance defense firm in San Jose in 1988 where he worked for 2 years. Since then, he has worked on probate, business and real estate matters and continues to do so with clients based in California and Asia.
