Curbside Chef Food Truck

Run by a cia graduate, husband and wife team, we feel that quality ingredients equals quality product.  That is why we are the 1st food truck, in the nation, that has an aquaphonic gardening program utilizing, fresh, (backyard) local, & organic, tilapia, herbs and produce to our customers.  Our menu consist of “global fusion” of american, chinese, filipino, middle eastern, tacos, breakfast brunch items, desserts, and italian. You decide.  Just healthy (pan-fried & steamed) menu selections, nothing fried nor greasy, in our truck.  We even offer: vegetarian, gluten, nut, eggs, free menu items.  We are your 1 stop shop food truck.
