A Filipino Seafood restaurant that sits at the edge of the Manila Bay where one can enjoy breathtaking views of the World Famous Manila Bay Sunset and the Manila Skyline whilst dining with friends and family! Established in 1985, Harbor View has since been known for it’s sumptuous dishes and very personalized service!
