Lumpia Pansit Atbp. Filipino Restaurant

Maryland’s favorite Filipino-Asian festival food stall, “Lumpia, Pansit atbp” is now a restaurant!

We’ve been established since 2000 in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. We started as a catering service previously known as Cho Catering Service serving quality Filipino-Asian Cuisine. Although our name changed, our tradition of providing quality foods and services remained the same.

Our mission is to provide our customers with genuine Filipino-Asian Cuisine. We strive to be responsive to our customers’ needs that will ensure a delightful eating experience.

There is no single distinct taste of Filipino-Cuisine. Instead, our dishes are distinguished by a combination of sweet, sour, and salty flavors. Influenced by other cultures, you will find our dishes being prepared with a pleasant surprise.

Geography of the Philippines is the evolution of Filipino-cuisine.
“Chinese traders, intermarrying with the native Malay population, introduced noodles, pancakes, spring rolls and soy sauce. Arabs brought cumin and coriander. The Portuguese added Western influences. Then olive oil, tomatoes, and garlic appeared during the 370-year Spanish rule.” – Gazette.net (Filipino-Asian Find) Finally, a half-century under Americans left their mark as well.

Come taste the ultimate fuse of multi-cultured food. Sarap!!
