It always starts in the morning. Fresh cracked eggs from the backyard, a little bit of Tapa (Flat-Iron Steak), Tocino (Filipino Bacon), and a scoop of garlic fried rice. This has been the ritual from day 1. From our family’s home cooking, Filipino breakfast has been a staple in the home forever. And now, we bring it to you, Tapsilog Bistro.
With no Filipino Restaurant in the immediate Campbell area, Tapsilog Bistro hopes to give everyone a taste of the famous Silog dishes & so much more.
Tapsliog Bistro opened its doors in the Fall of 2013 and has been going strong since. Tapsilog Bistro is a stand alone restaurant and one of a kind. Always imitated, never duplicated!
With a strong community to support it in addition to some good eats, we hope old or new, you’ll join us and become a part of the Tapsilog family!
