The Al – Andalus International School, formerly known as PhilCoSa (Philippine Community School in Al-Khobar), started in 2002. This institution is owned by Dr. Eduardo P. Malagapo. It is one of the best Philippine International school in KSA that is committed to total quality education. They have proven this when the school won the perpetual cup of the OKOR Middle East and Africa Inter-School Competition in 2004.
